YUMA, Ariz.-
Ballots for Tuesday’s special election continue to be counted and according to Arizona’s Secretary of State’s website, as of 1:30 a.m. preliminary ballots report 50% of registered voters in Arizona voted yes on Proposition 123 and 70% of voted yes for proposition 124.
The early votes are also in for Yuma county voters. As of 10:30 p.m. 8,719 voted yes on proposition 123 with 6,539 voting no. Proposition 124 received 9,333 votes for and 5,511 against.
Final results for both propositions will be released Wednesday.
